Real-time monitoring
Real-time monitoring is a visual observation that provides the System with the help of graphic elements: tables, matrices, markers on the map, etc.
It is possible to configure the formation of events (visual and sound notifications) that attract the attention of the dispatcher.
As part of operational control, the day is divided into the following periods:
- the onset of night time: turning on the lighting
- night time: lighting works
- the onset of daylight: turning off the lighting
- daytime: lighting does not work
Radio Networks monitoring
-
Select Radio Networks from the main menu.
-
The radio network matrix will be displayed.

-
Each rectangle of the matrix is one radio network.
- An asterisk inside a rectangle - radio gateway;
- The number inside the rectangle is the number of controlled luminaires in one radio network;
- The radio network code is located under the rectangle;
- Matrix elements are sorted by radio network code.
-
If you move the mouse pointer to an asterisk, the radio gateway code will be displayed.
-
The number of radio gateways in one radio network is determined at the design phase.
-
Two radio gateways in the same radio network will not necessarily be powered from the same OLCC.
-
Basic color coding of matrix elements:
- all stars are green - rectangle is green;
- all stars are gray - rectangle is gray;
- if the asterisks are of different colors - the rectangle is orange
-
When you click in the rectangle (radio network), the radio network page opens.
The onset of night time
When voltage is applied to the side of the mountings, the radio gateways are turned on and notify the central system of their operability. Color coding:
- green asterisk: radio gateway is energized, online;
- grey asterisk: no activation notification has been received from the radio gateway;
The dispatcher’s task is to make sure that all radio gateways are online. If the radio gateways did not appear online, then this indirectly means that the OLCC contactors did not turn on according to the rules. In the case of using photocells to control the OLCC contactors, it is necessary to take into account the error of the photocell and the cloudiness.
Possible reasons for the lack of connection to the radio gateway:
- Not energized yet;
- The limit of traffic/money on the SIM card has ended;
- Problems with GSM / GPRS network;
- Energized but out of service;
- Stolen.
Night time
When the radio gateway is enabled, it notifies the central system of its status every N minutes. Color coding:
- green asterisk: radio gateway is energized, notifying about operability during the last N minutes;
- red asterisk: no operability notification has been received from the radio gateway during the last N * x minutes;
The dispatcher’s task is to make sure that all radio gateways are online.
Possible reasons for the loss of communication with the radio gateway:
- OLCC contactors triggered (according to the schedule);
- Short circuit on the line from OLCC;
- The limit of traffic/money on the SIM card has ended;
- Problems with GSM / GPRS network;
- Energized but out of service;
- Stolen.
The onset of daytime
When the voltage is disconnected towards the mountings, the behavior of the radio gateway may differ depending on the model:
Radio gateway without UPS cannot notify the central system that there has been a loss of voltage at the input to the device. There is no 100% certainty that communication with the radio gateway is lost due to a planned power outage. Color coding:
- green asterisk: radio gateway is energized, notifying about operability during the last N minutes;
- red asterisk: no operability notification has been received from the radio gateway during the last N * x minutes, most likely a planned power outage;
- gray asterisk: the red asterisk turns gray at the time of the power outage from the astro-calendar. The gateway is considered to have disconnected due to a planned power outage.
The radio gateway with UPS has time to notify the central system about the loss of input voltage. 100% certainty that communication with the radio gateway is lost due to a planned power outage. Color coding:
- green asterisk: radio gateway is energized, notifying about operability during the last N minutes;
- gray asterisk: a notification about the loss of voltage at the input to the device has been received from the radio gateway. The gateway is considered to have disconnected due to a planned power outage.
- red asterisk: no operability notification has been received from the radio gateway during the last N * x minutes;
The dispatcher’s task is to make sure that all radio gateways are de-energized on time. If the radio gateways are online, then this indirectly means that the OLCC contactors did not turn off according to the rules. In the case of using photocells to control the SLCC contactors, it is necessary to take into account the error of the photocell and cloudiness.
Daytime
Appearance of the matrix of radio networks during the daytime in normal mode.

According to the project requirements, one radio gateway can be energized 24/7. In this case, there will be no completely gray matrix.
The dispatcher’s task is to make sure that all radio gateways are offline. If the radio gateways are online, then this indirectly indicates that the OLCC contactors turned on independently or forcibly.
Cabinets monitoring
-
Select Cabinets from the main menu.
-
The cabinets matrix will be displayed.

- Basic color coding of matrix elements:
- a rectangle means a cabinet;
- the rectangles inside the matrix are sorted by the numeric cabinet code
- a cabinet type depends on the rectangle form;
- a cabinet code is located under a rectangle;
- a rectangle green color means the connection was last minute (it depends on the settings);
- a rectangle yellow color means the connection wasn’t 3*N minutes (it depends on the settings);
- a rectangle red color means the connection wasn’t last 10*M minutes (it depends on the settings);
- small circle means L-phase;
- yellow color of circle means the following: the consumption amount of the power the more 50 watt;
- the number inside a rectangle is the actual consumption in watt. This number is metered once at K minutes (it depends on the settings);
Possible reasons for the loss of communication with the cabinet:
- The limit of traffic/money on the SIM card has ended;
- Problems with GSM / GPRS network;
- These isn’t a voltage;
- a cabinet controller broke down.
Tracking emergency events
At the top of the application, the Emergency Events button is always displayed.
- white if there are no new critical events
- red flickering color if there are new critical events.
When you press the button, a panel with a table leaves, where each line is a critical event that requires a response from the dispatcher.

What event is critical and requires confirmation of receipt by the dispatcher at the stage of implementation.
Each critical event must be marked as “accepted” by the dispatcher. To do this, you must click on the Accept button in the table line. The system records the time and the user who confirmed the receipt of the event and excludes this event from the list.
Features
- When a new critical event appears, a sound signal is played;
- Emergency events are displayed for all users, not only dispatchers;
- All users see unacknowledged alarm events, but if the receipt of an alarm event is confirmed by one of the dispatchers (a user who has the appropriate access rights), the event is automatically hidden for all users.
