Refinement of the characteristics of the new controller

The controller will be automatically registered in the System upon the following successful factors:

  • voltage is applied to the controller;
  • the controller is in working order;
  • SIM card is inserted, the balance of the SIM card is positive, the mobile network is functioning.

When the controller is automatically registered, it does not bind to SLCC on its own.

Refinement of characteristics may be necessary in the following cases:

  • bind the SIM card to the controller;
  • bind the controller to SLCC;
  • to set the characteristics of the functioning.

To clarify the characteristics:

  1. Select the item of the main menu Inventory->Controllers;

  2. Find the controller in one of the available ways:

    • Activate the filtering mode of the list and find the installed controller without SLCC;
    • Sort the list of controllers in descending order of the Created column. The controller you are looking for should be at the top of the list on the first page.

  3. Click the Edit button on the right side of the line. A modal window for editing controller parameters will appear.

Linking a controller to SLCC

Binding via controller

  1. Select the item of the main menu inventory-> Controllers;

  2. Find the controller in one of the available ways:

    • Activate the filtering mode of the list and find the installed controller without SLCC;
    • Sort the list of controllers in descending order of the Created column. The controller you are looking for should be at the top of the list on the first page.

  3. Click on the Bind to cabinet button on the right side of the table row. A modal cabinet selection window will appear.

3.1 Start entering the SLCC code. The system will prompt SLCC codes to which the controller is not attached and in the code of which there is an entered character set.

3.2 Select SLCC. Press OK.

3.3 The modal window will close. The row in the table will be updated. It will display a link to SLCC.

Binding via SLCC

  1. Go to the SLCC page.

  2. Select the tab Settings -> Main.

  3. Make sure there is no controller installed in the Controller block.

  4. Click the Bind button. A pivot controller selection modal window appears.

4.1 Start entering the SLCC code. The system will prompt SLCC codes to which the controller is not attached and in the code of which there is an entered character set. 4.2. Select SLCC. 4.3. Press OK. 4.4. The modal window will close. The Controller block on the page will be updated.

Free controller - controller not tied to SLCC.
