New meter installed (tied to SLCC)
Free meter is a meter not tied to SLCC at the moment.
What’s going on in the database?
When dismantling the meter, in the records of the meters table, in one transaction the value is_archive = true is set and a complete duplicate of the record is created with a different id and empty values in the following fields: cabinet_id, from_dt, to_dt.
When selecting a meter for installation to SLCC, only meters for which is_archive = false and an empty cabinet_id are included in the selection.
When mounting the meter, the cabinet_id, from_dt values are filled in the meters table entry. Now, the metrics coming from this meter will be associated with the specified SLCC.
Solution of problems
The system does not prompt the required meter number
The reasons:
- The meter with the given serial number has not yet been registered in the system.
- The meter with the given serial number is tied to another SLCC at the moment.
Decision:
- Make sure that there is a meter with the given serial number.
- If absent, register the meter with the given serial number.
- If available, dismantle the meter from the SLCC to which it is currently attached by completing points 1-4.
