Activate automated report delivery

1. Choose menu item Reports in the main menu.

   

2. Choose the tab Constructor. The hierarchy of report groups and report templates is shown.

   

   Start editing the report template by clicking to the pencil icon.

3. Setup parameters related to auto generation and email delivery.

   

3.1. Set on checkbox [x] Auto generation.
3.2. Enter emails of recipients separated by “;” (i.e. a@a.com;b@b.com)
3.3. Enter cron expression. As instance every day at 08:00 looks like “0 8 * * *". See more details at https://crontab.guru/.
3.4. Press button Save. Report template updated.

Another actions

The instruction above allows to do following actions:

• Change the schedule
• Deactivate automated report delivery
• Modify recipients list
