The section contains a step-by-step description of actions within the framework of standard procedures specific to various types of users interacting with the System.
The system allows you to create an unlimited number of user roles with a different set of user privileges, but in general, at least three types of users are expected:
- Dispatcher - monitors the performance of equipment and systems in real time;
- Specialist - maintains inventory, generates reports;
- Administrator - maintains the system.
In small projects, functions of different types of users can be combined by one / two employees in various combinations.
